Vaccination Clinic for COVID-19 and Flu-shot

Dear Parents/Guardians, Staff, Students, and Community Members,

Wyandot County Health Department in conjunction with Wyandot Memorial Hospital will be conducting a Vaccination Clinic for COVID-19 of the 2-shot series Moderna and Pfizer, Pfizer ONLY Booster shots, and the flu-shot, located at 295 State Highway 231 Sycamore, Ohio in the MCI Building, on Friday, October 8, 2021 and again on Friday, November 5, 2021 from 11:00 A.M. to 2:30 P.M. This will be available for staff, students, and community members if you so choose to participate. If you have questions or concerns about any vaccine, feel free to contact: your physician or the Wyandot County Health Department at 419-294-3852 with any questions you might have. 

What:

  • Vaccination Clinic for COVID-19 and Flu-shot

Who:

  • Any age eligible person (Pfizer-12 and up, Moderna-18 and up), if interested in the COVID-19 vaccine or the flu-shot within the Mohawk Community and beyond.

Where:

  • MCI Building

When:

  • Friday, October 8, 2021 and Friday, November 5, 2021 from 11:00 A.M. to 2:30 P.M.

What to bring with you:

  • State ID, Proof of Insurance and Vaccination Card (if/when applicable).

General Information:

  • The Flu Shot and COVID Vaccine are safe to get at the same time, since they do not interact. Again, please feel free to contact your physician. 

  • Pfizer Vaccine persons get Pfizer only. Moderna Vaccine persons get Moderna only.

  • Boosters are for people after 6 months have passed since the initial series of 2 doses.
