Parent Input Needed

Mohawk Parents,

As we begin to implement The Leader in Me program, we need to collect some benchmark information about our school that will help us identify strengths and opportunities for growth in our building. This information will also allow us to track the impact of the program.

We are asking at least one parent or guardian in each household to answer a confidential and brief survey (MRA) before October 15. No identifiable or personal information will be collected. Your participation is important and your time is appreciated.

The survey results will be summarized by grade level and available to the leadership of our school through a password protected, data-encrypted website. Some group-level results from the Measureable Results Assessment may be shared at public meetings or with stakeholders like district administrators, the school LightHouse Team, school board members or community groups that support our school. No individual data or personally identifiable pieces will ever be shared.
